These popsicles pair coffee strong enough to stand a spoon up in along with sweetened condensed milk. It couldn't be easier, although you will need to layer it in two freezes, which adds one more step for you -- it's totally worth it.
I recommend Mamasicles popsicle molds for their ease of use and for the classic popsicle shape.
There has to be a way for me to share a recipe so it's easy for you to print with the click of a button, but I'm new to wix and haven't invested any time in it and am not sure how to do so. If anyone has knowledge of a plugin/app available that will do this for me, please let me know. You'll have my undying gratitude.
For now, this should be an easy print from your browser screen.
This recipe was adapted from David Lebovitz and Food52.
Vietnamese Iced Coffee Popsicles
1 1/4 cups extra strong coffee
1/2 cup whole milk
1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
Mix together coffee and 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk and refrigerate.
Mix together milk and 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk. Put 2 tablespoons in popsicle molds and freeze for 1 hour. Fill molds with coffee mixture and freeze.
That's it. Chase the last fumes of summer while it's still here.
